Refund policy

Our ROARGRILLES website offers returns, exchanges and refunds. We have a 30-day no-reason return policy, which means that you have 30 days from the receipt of the goods to apply for a return, exchange and refund. All we do is to ensure that our customers have a pleasant shopping experience! 


Return conditions: Your goods must be in the same condition as when you received them, undamaged or unused, with labels attached, and in their original packaging. You also need a receipt or purchase voucher.
Exceptions/Non-returnable situations: Once the product has been painted, welded, installed, or attempted to be installed, returns will not be accepted. ROARGRILLES
We are not responsible for any damaged parts during the installation process.
Please check for any damage as soon as the parts arrive. Make sure to inspect the threads, fit, and functionality.

 2.Refund and Order Cancellation:
If the product is still being processed, you are eligible to cancel the order and receive a full refund. If your order has been completed and you have received an UPS, FedEx or USPS tracking number and you wish to cancel, you must wait until the package arrives before starting the return process. 


3. Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately and provide a photo of the damaged product's outer packaging so that we can assess the problem and correct it. You can contact us at support@roargrilles.com.


4. Exchange 

We only replace damaged, incorrect, mis-sized, or defective products. If you need to exchange, please contact us at support@roargrilles.com.


5. Return Process

To start the return process, you can contact us at support@roargrilles.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. The inspection will take approximately 5-7 working days. After that, you'll receive a new product without (no return fee) any cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

6. About the cost of return
RESTOCKING FEE
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
RETURN SHIPPING FEE
If it is the quality problem of the product itself, we do not charge a return shipping fee on returns.

If the customer places the wrong order, or regrets the purchase, the customer needs to pay a shipping fee of $50.

7. Refund
We will notify you when your return has been received and inspected, and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original form of payment. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
The whole process takes about 5-7 working days.
